With us since 2007, Sascha has more than 20 years of experience in the laser industry where he worked with solid-state lasers, disc lasers, CPAs, OPOs, frequency conversion, fiber lasers, and supercontinuum. In addition to his technical background, Sascha holds a diploma in Business Administration from FOM Essen.

Nicolai Granzow joined us in 2014, after gaining sales experience in the laser safety business. He received his Ph.D. in physics from the Max Planck Institute for the Science of Light in Erlangen, where he investigated supercontinuum generation in photonic crystal fibers.

Thorge Holm joined us in 2017 from a researcher position on super-resolution microscopy at the University of Würzburg. He received his diploma in physics from the University of Bielefeld where he had focused on experimental physics, optical technologies, and photonics.

Andreas joined us in 2025. Holding a Master’s degree in Photonics from the Munich University of Applied Sciences, he has worked in the laser industry in engineering, commercial, and leadership roles since 2010. His sales experience spans the industrial, scientific, and medical laser markets, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth through partnership development.

With us since 2014, Thomas Ferhat is responsible for the French market. In his previous position, he was in charge of the scientific division for ROFIN Baasel France. In 2012, he obtained a Master’s degree in Physics & Business from the University of Bordeaux after spending a year at CREOL at the University of Central Florida.

With a degree in Electronics & Electrical from the University of Cachan and more than 40 years’ experience, Bruno has covered a wide range of positions from R&D to sales – since 2000 in the photonics industry. In 2018, he joined NKT Photonics with a focus on scientific and industrial sales for EMEA (except France, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). Bruno is also in charge of the distribution channels for EMEA.

Tony Pisano has been with us since 2013 and has 30 years of experience in the laser industry primarily in roles of business development, sales management, product line management, and applications engineering in lasers, semiconductors & optoelectronics. He holds degrees in Physics from the University of Illinois and in Business Management from St. Marys College, Moraga CA.

Marc holds an Engineering Doctorate (Eng.D.) in lasers and optics from the University of Strathclyde, having previously studied for a Master’s in Physics. He has over 10 years of experience working in the photonics industry, with a background in defence R&D. Recently, he has moved to more customer-facing roles. Marc joined us in 2022 to manage sales in the UK and Ireland.
