We have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Hamamatsu Photonics K.K. and Yaqumo Inc., a developer of neutral-atom quantum computers. Together, we will develop and industrialize advanced photonic systems for quantum computing.

By combining expertise in photodetectors and imaging, laser technologies, and quantum hardware, we will focus on advancing cold-atom quantum computing and building a global supply chain to support it.

Signed in the presence of representatives from the Japanese and Danish governments, the agreement also strengthens international collaboration in quantum technology between the two countries.
