We are pleased to announce that Mads Bodenhoff has agreed to join NKT Photonics as Chief Financial Officer, reporting to CEO Basil Garabet.
Mads has more than 20 years’ experience from companies such as Novozymes and Novo Nordisk and has previously worked in China and the USA as well as Denmark.
Mads’ primary objectives will include:
- Supporting the execution of our strategies
- Leading and strengthening our Finance, IT and Legal functions
- Strengthen financial planning, management and reporting
- Securing and improving profitability governance
- Reducing working capital
- Creating strong IT platforms
Through-out his career, Mads’ focus has been on value creation and continuously improving business performance and processes. He has significant experience working with Board of Directors, Audit Committees and on multiple business boards.
Mads is a great addition to our Leadership Team and we are delighted to welcome him on board.
