NKT Photonics to host EPIC meeting on Medical Lasers

On December 4-5th 2018, we will host the EPIC meeting on Medical Lasers and Biophotonics at our headquarter in Birkerød, Denmark

The Meeting aims to bring together the full value chain of novel laser and imaging based products in medical fields, such as, for example, cancer treatment, endoscopy, micro-surgery, ophthalmology, photoacoustic imaging, dentistry, dermatology, cosmetic surgery, cardiology, gynecology, gastroenterology or urology. Photonics enabled technologies such as Hyperspectral Imaging, Raman, Photoacoustic tomography, Diffuse reflectance, Fluorescence and OCT has the potential to introduce new diagnostic equipment at clinics.

The purpose is to bring together system integrators and clinicians with laser and photonic devices manufacturers, enabling new paths for collaborations as unmet needs meet technology capabilities.
