The true benchmark of a great product lies in the personal recommendation. One thing is to buy a product that you are sort-of satisfied with, but if you have to put your own name on the line and recommend a product, it has to be great. Therefore, we asked our customers, if they would recommend NKT Photonics products to others and a staggering 95-99% of our customers would personally recommend our lasers and fibers. What more could we ask for?
NKT compared to the industry
When gauging you performance, its always fruitful to compare, so we asked our customers “How do you see NKT Photonics compared to other companies in the field?”. We asked with respect to three aspects that are very important to us: Trustworthiness, responsiveness and product range. The results below, speak for themselves but we would like to note that the majority rate us as more trustworthy, more responsive and with a better product range compared to other companies in the industry. We are proud and determined to continuously improve our service to you, our customers.
Notes on the survey
The results shown are based on data from our online customer satisfaction survey conducted the two first weeks in December 2014. The accumulated data is based on 452 responses with a geographical distribution similar to our customer base. The responses corresponds to a confidence level of 95% with a confidence interval of +/- 4.41 % (meaning that we have a 95% confidence on the results being within +/- 4.41% of the real value).
