With enhanced visualization software and flexible and direct connection to management systems a LIOS EN.SURE solution offers a quick and easy overview of the thermal status of your circuits. LIOS EN.SURE holds up to 16 channels which enables one unit to cover even complex infrastructures, while still maintaining high accuracy and flexibility through defining zones, alarm levels, and types.

LIOS EN.SURE utilized Distributed Temperature Sensing (DTS) which is very robust and reliable – even in dirty or dusty conditions. The system sensing cable has no electrical components and with a long life expectancy the optical fibers can stay underground for many years without requiring maintenance.

The embedded Conductor Temperature and Real Time Temperature Rating engine calculates the current-currying capacity under given conditions of the underground cable which will allow operators a transient simulation to estimate the current that safely can be transferred from another circuit. The LIOS EN.SURE RRTR engine can furthermore be used for emergency ratings from 10 minutes and up to 2000 hours.
