Argos BB High Power OPO

The Argos™ Model 2400-BB is a unique broadband, continuous-wave optical parametric oscillator (OPO), enabling widely tunable nIR/midIR laser output. 

Interchangeable, pre-aligned, wavelength-converter modules generate any idler wavelength from 2.3 - 4,6, with a linewidth of several nanometers. The device also produces single-frequency, signal wavelength output from 1.38 - 2.0µm.

The Argos provides up to 800cm-1 tuning per module.
Two different models are offered, providing dif­ferent output power levels.

  • Broad wavelength coverage range (1,38-1,98µm [signal] & 2,3-4,6µm [idler])

  • Idler  linewidth < 200GHz, signal linewidth <1MHz

  • Robust fiber laser pump source (15W, 30W or 50W @ 1064nm)
